Hi Anton,

Does not look good at all. For your next engine try Engines and More. These guys go and hand pick the engines that they bring in. I bought a Black Top and a Lexus V8 from them and had no problems whatsoever with any of them.
Give Paul or Pieter a call.

New engine has been purchased, we dropped the sump to have a look at the bearings and they are virtually spotless and will therefore be slapping in the engine 100% stock.

I'll check the valve clearances etc but am not opening the engine up.

Hopefully by the end of the weekend the car will be running again.

Tried engines and more but they don't have any manuals in stock at the moment

Finally a good news update. Spent the day at Z today fine tuning the setup. Balance is still not 100% but it was good enough for Lauren to do 1:10.9 on old tyres!!!!
